How to Reach: 

By Air: Bagdogra Airport (IXB), located approximately 68 km from Darjeeling, is the closest airport to the town.

By Train: The closest major rail hub to Darjeeling is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), situated approximately 73 km from the town. From NJP, travelers can engage a taxi or utilize a shared jeep service to access Darjeeling.

By Road: Darjeeling boasts robust road connectivity with numerous cities. Frequent bus services, operated by both private companies and the government, are readily accessible from proximate urban centers such as Siliguri, situated approximately 64 km away.

DAY 01- Arrive Bagdogra /Gangtok (125 kms- 4.5 hrs)

Arrive Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station and drive to Gangtok. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 02- Gangtok

After breakfast, drive to enjoy Gangtok local sightseeing such as: Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower Show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Ranka Monastery, and Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Return back to the hotel and Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 03- Gangtok

After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), situated 55 km one way from Gangtok. Overnight accommodation will be in Gangtok. DAY 04- Gangtok/ Dareeling (120 kms- 4.5 hrs)

Zoological Park (closed Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed Sundays), a tea garden (exterior view), the Ropeway, and the Japanese Temple. The evening is unscheduled for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

DAY 06- Darjeeling / Bagdogra Departure (90 kms- 04 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station to depart the journey.
