Amendments to Booking:

• Upon remittance of the Booking Deposit or the Full Balance for trips scheduled within a 30-day period, you shall have a duration of 7 days to finalize your itinerary. Subsequent to the acceptance of the itinerary, modifications shall not be permitted. Please be advised that certain travel arrangements may be irrevocable following booking, and any requests for alterations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% for that particular component.
• Uncharted Vacations does not facilitate refunds for any unused travel services or segments of a tour. Furthermore, UV shall not exchange the value of unused travel for alternative arrangements. Should you encounter any issues during your holiday, please contact us without delay.

Accommodations Reservations:

• All hotel reservations are contingent upon availability. Due to the limited capacity of numerous hotels provided by Uncharted Vacations, we cannot guarantee that each hotel will be accessible at the time of booking. Consequently, we strongly recommend that all travelers secure their reservations well in advance of their intended departure date.

Conveyance:

• Travelers bear the responsibility of verifying the departure schedules for all flights and trains prior to the commencement and subsequent conclusion of their travel itinerary. It is advised that they arrive at the airport or train station well in advance of their designated departure times. UV hereby disclaims any liability for alterations in the itinerary resulting from missed flights, trains, or ferries, and clients shall be accountable for any supplementary transportation or accommodation expenses incurred in order to proceed with their journey. Furthermore, UV disavows responsibility for any lapses, substitutions, or modifications in schedules by airlines or train operators that may result in cancellations or adjustments to travel timetables. The cost of the vehicle is determined by hotels located within the city, in proximity to Mall Road or the commercial district.
• Should the hotels be located beyond the principal urban vicinity, an ancillary charge shall be imposed. In the occurrence of an emergency, such as a vehicular malfunction, we will expediently facilitate an alternative vehicle for your convenience. The vehicle shall remain accessible until 6:30 PM within the urban area. Payments rendered are irrevocable and non-modifiable under any circumstances. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, and compensation will not exceed the total booking amount.

Liability OR Obligations:

• Uncharted Vacations functions as an intermediary, facilitating contracts between you and providers of accommodations, cruises, transportation, sightseeing, or other services encompassed in a tour. Uncharted Vacations reserves the right to cancel a tour or modify the travel services procured, including substituting services and altering the itinerary to ensure safe and efficient operations. In all cases, you shall receive either a comparable or superior product.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you must terminate your tour with Uncharted Vacations, it is essential that you furnish written notification at your earliest convenience. Should you elect to proceed with the cancellation, the following provisions shall be in effect:

• From Date of booking
• 30 -15 Days prior to departure: 25% of tour cost
• 14 -07 Days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
• 07- 03 Days prior to departure: 75% of tour cost
• 02 Days/No show: 100% of tour cost

Payment Term Policy:

Full payment, constituting 100% of the total tour cost, is required upon booking.
